Sanskrit:
పత్రాః గుప్తి శలాటు క్లిద్యతి
శాట్యాచ్ఛాదిన్ కన్యా క్లిద్యతి
నీడా త్రాణ కపోత క్లిద్యతి
మనో నిభృత తత్ రహశ్య క్లిద్యతి

"SaaTi/SaaTika" means sari in sanskrit. "aachChaadana" a cover / one that's worn. "SaaTyaachChaadin kanyaa " is sari-covered girl (a rather bland translation for kOkamaaTu pilla). If one's imagination runs wild, it could be translated as - saaTyaa-gOpaayita taruNee (a sari-hidden girl in youth).
