Ever wondered Y the High Court in Chennai is not computerized?

I have.

One of the IT hubs of India.

Indian Newspapers are full of IT export, H1 visa, and Trump news.

Dude, your high court is not computerized, and you worried about IT exports?

No one wants to strengthen judicial system.

Its not in Modi or any government'd interests. They need to protect their MLAs.

But please do it for faster justice of a common man?

Someone sitting outside India or on Mars, must be scratching their head.

Indian constitutional system, as taken after Brits, is a failure when it comes to execution.

Its high time, India put its "executive" body, outside the clutches of "legislative".

Who will arrest a Home Minister in this system, if s/he is corrupt?

Even Britain has changed their system to get checks and balances.

India is defiantly following an outdated system, which only protects the MLAs/MPs - of course they are not interested to change it!

Uff.
