What good can a soul or even God do without being in a body?

Even for a moment, if I were to believe that there *is* something outside of our understanding (mind - which is part of our body), and intelligence (which is a quality of our mind) - there *is* indeed something!

But I am coming to realize that "whatever it is" has NO expression, unless embodied i.e. in a body form.

An indestructible soul, or God as Param-Aatma,  even if they exist, can NOT express themselves unless they take a body form.

A body is the ONLY means of expression.

Instead of thinking as humans, trying to seek God - I want to know, how a soul or God seeks a human body?

The other way round.

random confusions after seeing my mom's dead body in my arms - looking alive just devoid of a breath!
