Apply a little "Vicks VapoRub" inside the nose (nostril sides) using a Q-tip or a clean finger.

If the condition persists, consult a physician.

A friend of mine emailed the following,

"Ayurvedic Med.  "Amrutanjan", very effective for such use , cold ,cough runny nose. Also very good for sinus, just rub on the forehead above the eyes."
