It overcomes all limitation of existing autodialing system and PA system using the fast and unlimited calling power of cloud telephony.

Not only this, this can also be used by individuals, especially working women, senior citizens and those living alone. Vulnerable people like them need a communication mechanism that can send a distress message in case of an emergency to the employer, police, guardian or friends, instantly.
Quite clearly, cloud telephony saves a lot of time and money by helping people and businesses. Also, it’s reliable, secure, and the efficient way forward as to how you communicate effectively.

Why would someone want to adopt this model?

EDIT: I mean, what are cost advantages

Simply because, the solutions on cloud telephony are fully scalable. Since it’s hosted there’s no need of installing any new software or hardware. Clearly, this gives a huge cost advantage. Also, the reliability and efficiency increase manifolds by using such service.

I dont see a future for this. Sorry. Suggest your teams come up with an idea that slightly more disruptive.
